This post is a problem that I helped my client out with. Last month I had a client pay my invoice from PayPal. She is new to PayPal and did not realize that her checking account was charged when processing the payment. She was expecting it to withdraw from her business credit card. With this month’s invoice I sent her directions on how to select an alternate payment method when paying an invoice from PayPal.
Follow these steps to select an alternate payment option when paying an invoice in PayPal.
- After logging in, on the PayPal home screen
- Click on Pay
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen
- Click on More Funding Options
- Select your credit card or whichever account you wish
- Click Continue
- Click Yes
- Click Pay
And that is it! You’re all done!
