With the explosion of the internet and the information age where everybody has a program telling you exactly how to grow and expand your business, it can be a little overwhelming knowing exactly what to focus on to grow, not to mention that when your business is doing well, generally, your schedule is packed and you can’t even begin to think about how to expand because you’re so overwhelmed in doing what you’re already doing. It can become really difficult to see inside of your business when you’re so far inside of it that you’re scrunched and jampacked.

In this video, I am going to help you see exactly what you need to focus on to grow and expand your business and you’re probably going to be surprised that I’m not gonna tell you you have to sign up for another program, you don’t have to learn anything new. This is all about you.


Now, the first thing that we’re going to talk about that you must know in order to grow is knowing everything about who you are and what you represent as a business and a brand.

This is never something that you should do once and forget about it. I can tell you that I am consistently going back and reviewing my brand’s standards and I want to make sure that everything is still in alignment with who I am. Knowing exactly who you are, what you do and what you don’t do is a really important piece of knowing those brand standards and really being able to maximize who you are as a business owner.

By revisiting this information when you are ready to grow and expand, it will help you to see what it is that you need to focus on with this growth. We want you to maximize your strengths and not really focus on your weaknesses which naturally brings us into the next area and that is there must be this one thing that you sell or that you teach and you do it incredibly well.


It’s not going to do your business any good to come out with 10 packages or 10 programs that you can’t give your full effort to. That’s not how you’re gonna grow your business.

You must have your one and I’m going to give you this word analogy that is going to help you really focus on the growth in your business and that is thinking about what do you want to achieve? Well, most likely, you want to increase the income that you are bringing into your business.

We are talking about money. I know, I know. Women don’t like talking about it, whatever, but this is a really important thing to focus on in order to grow. So we’re talking about money. Okay, look at that word right now on the screen. What you’re not seeing from the word is my one. So now, when you take money and you turn it into my one, you now know what you need to do to focus on to grow your business.


In order to really see a shift in your revenue, you have to focus on your one thing, that one thing that you are so incredible at teaching, that no one can do what you can do and that’s exactly where your focus needs to go. Brilliant, right? You’re never going to look at the word money the same ever again. I can guarantee you that.

Now, in order to grow that one thing, to continue pushing people into that funnel, you must have some type of free offer that is really strong and leads them into the process of purchasing from you. Having your one thing really dialed in and a strong sale process to go with it is really important to the growth of your business.


You must be consistently pushing people into that funnel to get them to purchase from you. This is why having some type of evergreen process in place will help ensure that you are consistently bringing clients into your business and that truly is the secret to growing any type of business.

Once you have that evergreen process flowing and functioning and converting, there are two things that are really important to do to really maximize that growth and capitalize on your expertise.


The first step is creating a referral system that allows for all of your happy and satisfied customers to be able to refer their friends and family into working with you. This can help you reach an audience that you may not have been able to reach before.

Having some type of referral system or affiliate program in place will allow for you to automate this process. Since you know that that buyer is satisfied and willing to refer their friends and family to your business, chances are they would buy from you again.

Once you have mastered your one thing and you know that you can sell it exceptionally well, it’s time to start expanding your business and what it is that you have to offer.


Look at how you can create repeat buyers taking them deeper into whatever it is that you are the expert in. By creating repeat buyers, you are also increasing the value of each customer that you have and that is going to help your bottom line as well allowing you to sell more without having to do a lot more because growth in your business isn’t always about doing more. People think that you have to do more to see bigger results and that’s not always the case.

Now, those are the steps that you are going to go through no matter what level of success that you want to create. Whether you’re creating a new product or something that you’ve been selling for a year and you’re just trying to make it better, you need to go through each of those steps to making sure that you are maximizing your growth as a business owner.


If you truly feel overwhelmed in accomplishing all the tasks that you need to do because you’ve created so much success in your business then find a virtual assistant or a personal assistant to help you take on some of the work that isn’t really allowing for you to grow your business and if you’re so completely lost in your business because you’re so far in it that you can’t see from the outside then the best thing to do is find a business mentor that can help you break down everything that you need to see with your business into manageable pieces. I like to say simplest form.


A coach or a mastermind can do wonders for the growth of your business. You don’t have to feel alone in growing your business. Get the exact support that you need. Your call to action for today’s video is to really look at who you are and what you represent as a business.

Focus on the things that you really want to do and the things that aren’t making your money business, the things that you’re not the best at and that you’re really not an expert in. That truly is the first step in being able to expand your business to grow. Once you know what you’re great at and maybe what you’re not so great at, look at how you can get help and support on the not so great things to make them great in your business.

Once you feel secure in selling your one then really start looking at the numbers in your business so that you can focus on the growth that needs to happen. Only you know what you are the expert in and only you can do it the way that you do it. Embrace that and know that the world is waiting for you to share that gift with it.
