Google Docs

How many times have you gone back and forth with someone when updating a Word document? Or, how many times have you e-mailed yourself a document so you have it on another computer? With Google Docs, it is all right there for you, always. You have multiple people looking at the same document, seeing the real-time updates! You can create documents, spreadsheets, presentations and even forms that capture information!

Google Cloud Connect

This will make it so much easier for you to continue using Microsoft Word or Excel AND Google Docs. Cloud Connect allows you to sync your Microsoft files with your Google Account so everything is always up-to-date, even when you are not using Google!

Google Alerts

This is a great tool to keep up with who is chatting about you and to “keep up with the Joneses.” Set up alerts that will be e-mailed to you whenever your name is mentioned on a Web site.
