Yep, I did it. That’s the blog post’s title. It won’t do much for SEO but I couldn’t think of a better title.
I remember riding on a bus to a high school cheer competition in the 90’s jamming to Mariah Carey’s – Make It Happen and as I was writing this, it started playing in my head. I think you should also listen as you read this week. Think of it as your anthem to making $h!t happen. I have embedded it to make it easy for you!
If you believe in yourself enough And know what you want
You’re gonna make it happen. { Make It Happen }
I hear all the time from people that “I do a lot. I’m everywhere. And how am I doing it all?” And my reply is simple. “I’m making $h!t happen.”
There are things that I should be doing but may not have time at the moment for it. And I am OK with that.
But I am very clear on what I want to be doing and I am doing it. To the best of my ability.
For me, it is easy to take an idea and run with it pretty quickly because I know what needs to be done and the “how” to make $h!t happen. This is crucial.
When entrepreneurs, like yourself, have a new idea that they want to put into play, they often get stopped dead in their tracks because they are clueless what needs to happen. The fizz of the new ideas is suddenly going flat. Booooooo.
Let’s imagine that not happening because you have the ability to see the steps that go into hosting a webinar or launching that new service or product. Imagine knowing you have the exact steps that will walk you through the process with confidence. How would that shift things for you? I bet dramatically!

Everyday I am doing something to work my business to market it. Whether it’s having sales / strategy calls or creating my next webinar, I am doing something every single day. Period. It might be as small as sending an email or writing this post. Or it might be as large as planning out my next big launch, but it is something.
As simple as it sounds, it is something you have to go into with a plan to leverage.
How do I know all of this? The last 10 years I’ve put my heart and soul into helping others launch and market their businesses.
Here are a few things that I’ve done:

- Sold Out – multiple 6-figure launches.

- Created a business doing exactly what I love.

How to Start to Make $h!t Happen TODAY.
Right now, grab a sheet of paper, for 2-3 minutes I want you to write down things that you can do to move your business forward. Big or small. Anything. Be wild and crazy with what you write down. Just make a list.
Now pick 3 things you can do immediately to push yourself forward.
As something new comes in mind, add it to the list. Make sure this list is hung by your work area, someplace you can see every day. Each day find three things that you can work on to keep moving you forward.

1. Create list of at least 20 video topics
2. Watch the at least 2 a weber tutorials
3. Post a video – TODAY, even though I’m super tired-making it my third consistent weekly video.

1) Wrap my head around the fact that I *do* need a target market/niche/whatever someone else is calling it. There needs to be certain professions that I specialize in serving.
2) I want to take the time to learn more of the technical stuff (aka, be a Geek Goddess). I block the time in the calendar but it seems to move for client work. Same with my newsletter. Task: Make the time – even if it’s 15 minutes a day.
3) Segment my CTCT list so that I can market specifically to people in a certain profession, or former clients, or potential clients…etc…
