Who’s Your Hype Person?
This week, I attended the biggest meeting and career opportunity of my life to this point. Despite being confident in my abilities and preparations, I found myself questioning everything from the minute I woke up that morning. This is a real look into the current state of my home office… what cleaning + reorganization looks like for an ADHDer.
It was then that I realized the value of having a coach who not only supports you but also hypes you up during those moments of doubt.
A coach helps push you outside of your comfort zone and encourages you to reach your full potential. Helps you believe that you are, in fact, worthy of everything happening.
They provide guidance, accountability, and a sounding board for your ideas and plans. They also help you stay motivated and focused on your goals, even during tough times.
That pep talk I received, helped remind me of all the hard work I had put in to get to this point. With encouragement, I was able to give my best performance and leave the meeting feeling proud and confident.
I highly recommend having a coach, especially a “hype person” in your corner, as they can make all the difference in reaching your professional and personal goals. Don’t let self-doubt hold you back, invest in yourself and your success.
